Hi everybody. I’m not sure why but on the app I’m not able to study because it’s saying ‘Failed to fetch the learning progress from the server’ Is it just for me?

I sent a ticket about this too last week. I’m just using the domino website (on iPad/iPhone) for the time being until they can resolve the issue. Hopefully they can resolve this asap along with adding the English translations to the flash cards.🤞🏼

Hello. I am having a problem with the app being unable to login with Facebook. I am getting an error "Feature unavailable: Facebook login is currently unavailable for this app". This is since 3-4 days ago. It was working fine before that. Tried reinstalling the app but it didnt help.

@ Alexander. I had exactly the same issue. I suggest you send an email to support@dominochinese.com and tech@dominochinese.com. They created a direct login (not via Facebook) and reset my password. Now it works for me.

Hi all,

I am having been encountering the same issue with the domino edu app (IOS). I am no longer able to sign in with Facebook, but more importantly, all my flash cards have disappeared and I am left with a message that says “The data couldn’t be read or is missing”.

Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Same here, flashcards not working since 2 days. Reported the bug yesterday ( and again a minute ago :) ), hope they can fix this soon...
